Cancellation Policy & Salon Etiquette
No cancellations or changes allows with in 48 hours of the appointment. Cancellation within 48hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 100% of the booking. We respectfully request in the event you do not attend a treatment at the scheduled time or a time previously agreed by us, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the treatment, without notice.
Cancellation or requests to reschedule 48 hours or more before the appointment time will likely be accepted, however we request that you advise us as soon as possible in order to facilitate this. If a cancellation or request for reschedule is accepted, your deposit will be credited to your account for your next visit.
Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows, if you are 10 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment, although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy may apply.
Due to the nature of the environment being somewhat open plan, we are unable to accommodate pets & large groups of friends in the salon as a courtesy to clients whom wish to enjoy their downtime with us.
